Nothing is worse than when you’re doing Insanity, while also being on your period.
Cause let alone are you training yourself already to resist “boredom” eating.. your period & cramps are nagging at you to eat everything in sight.
And I totally would skip a week while being on it because the energy is just not even all there honestly, but I would rather keep myself where I’m at than gain more by compulsive urges due to Mother Nature’s stupidity.
So 40 minutes of consistently moving is more excruciating than normal.
But I am dying for a brownie.
I need to find those fiber brownies. They were actually good despite being 90 calories.
But if I don’t rip anyone’s head off anytime soon, it’ll be a miracle.
